Every issue has a little empty space that's just begging for a comic strip, a fake advertisement, or some other questionable contribution from our readers. If you've made something funny, I'd love to see it.

I'll personally review every submission. If it fits the newspaper, I'll let you know when it's scheduled to appear.

Submission Guidelines

No NSFW or explicit content. No hate speech or harassment. No advertisements for real products, companies, or political campaigns. Your work should match the weird, satirical style of The Pinecone Press. Please only submit work you've created yourself.

Recommended Format

PNG or JPG Maximum 800 pixels wide Black & white color schemes only Keep any text large enough to read comfortably.

Who owns my work?

You do.

By submitting your work, you're simply giving me permission to publish it in The Pinecone Press and on the website. If you later decide you'd rather not have it featured anymore, just send me an email and I'll remove it where practical.

Will I be paid?

No.

You will, however, receive my sincere appreciation, the admiration of dozens of readers, and exposure that financial experts assure me cannot be exchanged for groceries.
